Re-designing a website

What little time I had this week, I spent it on updating my website at least twice. I worked four days on Shopify, but it was so difficult, I gave up and went back to the original Wix program. Then, I discovered that my "store" wasn't ever running correctly, so that may explain why I haven't had any sales through my website. I use Square for in-person sales with my iPad. Hopefully, this new program will update sales from my website and the Square site. I just have to be checking my emails and the website on a daily basis.

Throughout this ordeal, I re-checked my Facebook ADs. While they all look promising, and I've had a lot of clicks, it shows that I haven't had any sales on Amazon. I am hoping it's because I somehow didn't link things up correctly. Once I start working on click testing my ADs for book 2, I will go over everything again and make sure it's all linked properly.

I want to make this writing business work. Afterall, I've got about 17 books out now and I want to finish a few more this year. Once I can start making money from the sale of my books, then I will be able to help others get their books published. By that time, I will know how to get the sales going for other books and help other authors make money from their writing. Just paying it forward...
