Happy Spring!

Spring is finally here. Yay! To top it off, I finally received the edits for my manuscript, "Guardian Investigations: A Matter of Time." I will go over every page and make corrections to 'tweak' the manuscript before sending it back to the editor for one final review. If everything looks good, then the next steps are obtaining an ISBN number for ebook and paperback, and a bar code, then putting it through Vellum to format it and re-read it once more (as a proof-read), before publishing it on Ingram Spark. There I will input all the information to help readers discover my book. Afterward, I will go to Amazon and input the same information for the ebook format and an ASIN number. If all goes well, I hope to publish this book by the end of April.

In the meantime, I am currently working on my children's book, "Adventure Street Kids." I hope to finish the story by mid-May, where I will go through all of the above steps to have it edited as well. I will also find an illustrator and book cover artist to work on the book while I write it. I have one in mind, but I haven't reached out to him yet. This book is geared to middle-grade or 9-11 year olds.

Since it's a story of an ensemble cast, I settled on a cover that didn't have the main characters on it because it would have been too 'busy.'

I have a follow up story in mind that involves teenagers, so the next cover may reflect that. Usually, each story introduces new characters that start telling me their stories and when they do, a series is born. So, "Guardian Investigations" may become a spin-off series of The Angel Chronicles. If you haven't read them yet, here they are in reading order:
